Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
Registration is considered complete once full payment is received. Complete registration entitles you or your child to admission into all three sessions of either the Clarinet Summer Camp or Saxophone Summer Camp. It also guarantees entry into the equipment giveaway for the camp of your choosing. If selected, students must be present at camp to receive prize.
If your child is unable to attend camp due to scheduling conflict, we require a written notice of cancellation at least one week in advance for partial refund. Because space is limited, a $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund or your registration fee can be transferred for three lessons with CG Music Studio. If your child is unable to attend due to illness, a $30 cancellation fee will still apply or registration fee can be transferred for three lessons with CG Music Studio. No refunds will be issued for incomplete attendance or tardiness.
No entry into the camp will be permitted without completion of registration.
Any other cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
